Written for Android 1.5+, this program uses low resources to provide superior
results for our favorite user: You.
You are first greeted with the main screen. You'll see most all the information available from the start. Clicking the menu button
will let you go to the settings menu and customize your available information.
Available information included all on one easy-view screen:
- Time (12/24hr)
- Date
- Current Weather
- Alarm Set Time
- Upcoming Calendar Events
- Sleep Timer Countdown
- Battery Charge Status/New SMS

There's a lot of information quickly available from the main screen to help end and begin your day, but that's not all that
One Nightstand does for you. There is also additional long-click extras available. By holding down on the weather at the top-right,
you'll be able to get a quick-view of the next few days in the forecast. By holding on the calendar events on the bottom-center you'll
get the next week's worth of upcoming calendar events as a quick glance. Holding the sleep timer on the bottom-right is a shortcut to
the sleep timer setting screen. Holding the alarm display in the bottom-left will allow you a nice shortcut to set the alarm. And most
importantly, you hold the main clock to turn the alarm on and off.

New
in v2.0, even more new settings! We listened to all your e-mail requests and were
able to add almost all of them, the biggest of which is the new Skins option!
You can now have even more control of how you want One Nightstand to look for you. As of the
v2.0 release, there's the original skin, plus two new skins to choose from, "Minimal"
features even less on the screen. Just the basics of Time and Alarm Time and the charge
percentage. "Weather" is a new skin focus on the weather icon to make
a bit more of a nice desktop look to brighten things up a bit. Still clean, but with a weather
focus. There are three skins to start, but more are coming very, very soon, and if you'd like
to design skins for the app, let us know! E-mail us at android@sweetmerch.com
The weather display is now selectable to be in either Fahrenheit, Celsius, or the default of Both.
An "Always Sleep" option has been added to let Pro users immediately go into sleep mode and
stay in sleep mode until the app is exited.
ANDROID RINGTONES! By popular request, you are no longer required to use an MP3 for the alarm.
The stock Android ringtones are now also available for the alarm.
New
in v1.6, many, many new settings, including new darker color settings, an option
for a screen timeout that will black out the screen after 30 minutes or 1 hour. A new
setting for the "Build To Full Duration" was added to adjust how quickly the alarm builds
in volume.
New
in v1.5, completely rebuilt the settings menu. Now it's much better organized
and user friendly. A much better layout gives you quicker access to those all important
settings you're looking for.
New
in v1.4, you have a choice of either setting your location manually,
or you can now use the Auto Location feature and use your device's location to set the
location that you get the weather for.
New
in v1.15, you now have the ability, in the settings menu, to change the
function of the calendar long-click to either open the default Quick Calendar,
or to open full Android calendar. Another user suggestion brought to life!

The sleep mode, affectionately known as "Let Me Sleep!", is one of the best features of One Nightstand. Setting the sleep mode allows you
to quiet any noise from your phone for a preset amount of hours. In the settings menu, you can configure which items you'd like
silenced. All you have to do is click the quick-button with the amount of hours you'd like, and your phone will go into sleep mode and
you'll see the countdown begin at the bottom-right. At the end of the sleep countdown, your volumes will immediately be returned to
normal. Phone calls and texts and such will not be stopped, they'll just be quieted down to let you sleep peacefully. Alarms will still
play at normal volume to make sure to wake you when needed.

This app uses extremely low resources. After a percent or two of battery life is
consumed, One Nightstand will use the information on battery consumption to give
you an estimated remaining battery. On the Motorola Cliq, with Wifi on, we see an average 100%-0% life of
over 7 hours, and with the Wifi off, we've seen an average of over 10 and a half! Even with that kind of low resource use, we're still
striving to find more and more ways to improve battery consumption and make our app continue to be the best on the market.

The free version of One Nightstand includes all of the functionality of the program, but is limited to only the "1 Hour" sleep button.
This is a handy "nap" button, and is a good example of the extreme usefulness of the sleep function. If you'd
like to use the rest of the
sleep buttons, the upgrade to the full version will just cost a mere $0.99.

FAQs:
How do I shut off the soft-key (MENU/HOME/BACK) lights?
Sadly, this currently can't be done. It's not the fault of One Nightstand, it's a known Android bug.
One Nightstand keeps running after I close it. How do I exit?
The HOME button doesn't properly exit Android apps. You'll need to use either MENU/Quit or BACK/BACK (twice) to exit properly.
The Notification light is blinking. Why?
For most phones, the light will be off, but on a few it makes the light blink. Just go to the Settings menu under the Extras tab and turn off the "LED Blackout" feature.
What is "Ring"?
You're probably referring to the indicator at that displays your current ring mode or sleep countdown timer.
